file-sel docs

hello,

i've been writing some docs for the file sel over the past few days, and
have made them available at:

http://primates.ximian.com/~jacob/bonobo-file-selector/

since there is an API freeze for gnome 2 fast approaching, i'd like to
get comments on this so we can use it for gnome 2.  the only thing i'm
considering changing is replaying the RequestedURI property with a
DefaultDirectory property.

it doesn't expose any dependencies API-wise except for Bonobo, so it is
realistic to freeze its gnome 2 API w/o the implementation being ported
to gnome 2 (it uses e-table, for example).
