ORBit2 now required ...

As above really,

	libbonobo 1.97.0 requires ORBit2 (2.3.91)
	libgnome requires libbonobo 1.97.0

	And I've hard-wired the ENABLE_ORBIT2 conditional to true until it
can be expunged across the board.

	So to build Gnome 2.0 you now need to build CVS modules 'linc' and
'ORBit2' ( both HEAD ) in that order.
