GTK_MODULES and Accessibility

Hi All,
Since we expect GNOME 2.0 to ship with both GTK+ 2.0 and GTK+ 1.2, which
both use the same "gtk_modules" environment variable to load accessibility
support, how can we prevent GTK+ 1.2-based apps from attempting to load
libgail and segfaulting?
