I don't know. I've never used debian at all, and I'm certainly no libjpeg
expert. I just know that having HAVE_STDLIB_H in a public header is a bug.
Maybe you should look through all of them to see which versions have
HAVE_STDLIB_H in the headers. Any that do are broken, and you should seek
fixed versions. It's entirely possible that all the packages in debian sid
have this problem. I use Red Hat 7.2, and the one in there doesn't have the
problem.
