New set of releases of libxml2/libxslt

  libxml2-2.4.12: bug fixes only (and MacOS not X port but I doubt you care)
  libxslt-1.0.9: removal of a dependancy on libxsltbreakpoint, one API added
                 (I warned about it last week IIRC), bug fixes makefile fixes
		 (prelinking support was giving a lot of troubles).
