Two ways to fix the toolbar icons in Nautilus:

    1) fix the putative Bonobo bug that prevents them from showing up
    2) disable the Back and Forward menus, turning them (at least
temporarily) into normal toolbar buttons

We can do fix (2) easily. But I'd prefer to do (1).
