there's now a 1.102.0 release of libgnome, libgnomecanvas and libgnomeui
on the FTP server:

        ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/earthquake/

I'm now leaving for the "weekend" - I'll be back on Friday morning :-)
