Help to disable ctrl-Esc

Subject: Help to disable ctrl-Esc

  I am using gnome-1.4 in RedHat 7.2 for running my Java application.
I want disable ctrl-Esc.Because if we press that key from the
account other than root,it is showing logout option.we dont want to 
display that option.thats why we are in need to disable ctrl-Esc.
Please give me the solution as soon as possible.
