no such device

hi,,,

     I can not get printing to work and I'm getting this during boot:

can not stat /dev/lp0: no such device..

it is there and has the same permissions as my other devices ie: lp1-3
crw-rw----    1 root     lp         6,   0 Aug 30  2001 /dev/lp0
crw-rw----    1 root     lp         6,   1 Aug 30  2001 /dev/lp1
crw-rw----    1 root     lp         6,   2 Aug 30  2001 /dev/lp2
crw-rw----    1 root     lp         6,   3 Aug 30  2001 /dev/lp3

is this a known RH7.2 bug?

i've recently also done up2date so I should be good to go.
