ximian, eazel and mandrakesoft compiled nautilus to use the mozilla
component by default only if the nautilus-mozilla package is installed.
otherwise nautilus will ask how the user wants to open the html page.

so you should compile nautilus _with_ mozilla support and create a
recommended nautilus-mozilla package.
