This can be solved by putting all of decode.c, decode_i386.c, dct64.c and
dct64_i386.c into the EXTRA_DIST list.  Automake is not as smart as you
would like when conditionalising the source list for a target.  When you
do make dist, it only includes the files that are used to compile on your
machine.
