I hope you mean I will freeze g-guile totally on sunday, and release
0.20pre. Then a couple of days before 1.4 I will release 0.20 where
the only difference from 0.20 pre is translations - or ain't there 
translations in this?

Anyway, I just want this to be the way to make releases for 1.4, comments?
