Well, problem is that ToutDoux requires the availability of the
PostgresSQL database to work (well it was the case last ime I checked).
How do we handle the case of those kind of external requirements ?
I suggested to add a simpler mode of operation relying for example
just on a flat XML database for non-shared operations. I dunno if
it's feasible or if the authors intend to keep the requirement on
PostgresSQL.
