[gnet] precompiled win32 binaries

For anyone having trouble compiling gnet under win32 (I know I had
plenty), never fear, as of today the precompiled binaries of version
2.0 are available for download from sourceforge.net via a link on the
homepage of my new project's homepage:

http://uni-chat.sourceforge.net

I don't think it matters but they have been compiled using Dev-C++
4.9.9.2's bundled copy of the mingw compiler under windows XP Pro.
