David,
HAVE_IPV6 needs to always be defined on Win32, since it is determined at runtime and not compile time if IPv6 is supported. Not sure why this is not being set, perhaps one of the auto make/config files needs to be updated.
Also, GNet on Win32 must be compiled as a dll to completely work properly.
