*src/tcp.c(gnet_tcp_socket_new_async_direct(): 
    Watch on GNET_ANY_IO_CONDITION like UNIX.
    Reported to us by Tim Müller.
*src/conn.c: Do not do and a g_io_add_watch() if watch_flags 
    is NULL in REMOVE_WATCH macro.
