you can compile gnet using dev-cpp on windows. I created gnet dll that
you can grab from here 
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tleenx/TleenX3-0.1.exe?download
just unpack the program, dll is in the directory.
for example of makefile for gcc on windows grab this

(makefile.win32 file in libtlen2 directory)
