[gnet] gnetlibrary Homepage Update



Hi David,

I've updated the gnetlibrary homepage:
        * Updated Debian package link.
        * Removed Gabber since it's not using gnet anymore
        * Sanitized URLs
        * Removed Ximian Installer and Red Carpet since it's not using
gnet anymore
