I think NO. Because I send it a few days ago and it is very initial.

But some words about the current state:
I created a new SSL Context and SSL Session structures and of course
Glib2.0 compatiblile SSL IO Channel and extended the
tcp socket structure with some new functions like gnet_tcp_ssl_socket_accept 
which can handle the SSL sockets. 

But it is working only for blocking tcp connection and it has a many
limitations acctually. I just wait for the response from David for may questions about design of patch
After I will finish the patch asap.
