It may break builds more often, but I doubt the problems would be
serious. You'd get patches for that pretty quickly, since it's usually
easy to fix.
Nautilus is compiled with -Werror, but I think that may be in maintainer
mode only.
(I built GNet 1.1.4 on HPUX 10 and 11 a while ago. It went fine, but I
don't remember if there were any warnings).
