[gnet-dev] GNet Win Status Update

Hi,

Here is an update of what is going on with GNet on Windows.

This afternoon I started the process of getting the 1.2 code to compile on 
windows. Most of it compiled with a few changes but scheduler.[hc] needs 
some work. None of it has been tested except pack/unpack, which has a few 
issues.

Also Tor has been kind enough to take time off from GIMP and he has written 
a nice patch that solves all my complaints with the glib windows socket 
code. The patch is in CVS but he has not made a new snapshot available with 
it yet. I have been testing the patch and have not found any problems. When 
he does another release, if there is interest I'll take my glib 1.2 
workaround out of CVS and do a GNet snapshot.
