IIRC you may have a very old version of glade-2 (1.0.x?), just upgrade 
to a newer version and c++ is possible again. It had been disabled some 
time ago (when glade-- was not gtk2 capable)

Sorry, it took me some time to understand what your problem might be 
about (devC++ was misleading me at first that the problem might be 
elsewhere).
