I heard rumors about glade-2 (1.1.2+ ?) converting it. But libglade2 
comes with a good conversion utility (libglade-convert) which converts 
your project files.

glade-2 does support gnome2 ... but not the C++ code generator. I simply 
didn't find the time to fix it.
