[Geary] Geary reply ideas

A couple of odd little ideas I've had which Geary might implement:

1. If I reply to a message and there were multiple recipients, then
modelessly tell me that maybe I meant to Reply All, so I don't forget
2. If I've replied to a message, allow me to switch it to Reply All
without having to abandon and recreate my reply or manually add the
other people. And vice versa, of course.
