I'm waiting to see your packages, but from what I understand, you
changed the name of the package for the glib2 version.  This is fine,
but only if you need different coexisting developing versions installed.
If this is not needed, I'd prefer to avoid the name change altogether
and satisfy build-depends with versioned depends, to avoid the need to
have one more (two with the separate -doc package) Debian package.

This should not be an issue with Agnubis[1], because from what I
understand it will not be built on Woody since it needs glib2.

Of course, in case of multiple coexisting -dev versions, the
documentation will be packaged separately in a single common -doc
