There is no public interface to do that. You have to mess around with the
internals of gdome2.  No garantee it will work in future versions.

Figure out some suitable pointer arithmetics from the source code. I don't 
want to give precise advice on how to do this. If you cannot figure it out 
yourself, then you probably should not do this.
