   To make possible check for no longer usable nodes we have to set to
NULL the Gdome_xml_Node->n field when the underling libxml2 struct is
freed and check for it in the gdome2 wrapper functions (functions in
gdome.c and in gdome-events.c). So we have also to rewrite xmlFreeNode at
gdome2 layer and put the modified version in the gdome-xmlutil modules.
