[gdome]C++ wrapper

I made a first version of a C++ wrapper for gdome2 available at 
http://libgdome-ruby.berlios.de/libgdome-cpp-0.0.1.tar.bz2 . This wrapper 
was again mostly autogenerated by a script, a modified version of the 
script that generated the ruby wrapper.

Before choosing a project name, setting up a website and including 
automake / libtool support I'd rather wait for feedback from other people 
who had expressed interest in implementing such a wrapper and from the 
intended audience, therefore I already announced this wrapper on the 
Gtk-- mailing list.
