[gdome]ANN: XML::GDOME 0.7.0

XML::GDOME 0.7.0 has been released to CPAN.  XML::GDOME is a Perl 
interface to the libgdome 0.7.0 library and provides an
implementation of Level 2 DOM.  It should be about as fast as 
XML::LibXML and it takes advantage of libgdome's memory 
management system, so it should be good about not segfaulting and
leaking memory (knock on wood).

Next steps:
* Add ability to go from XML::LibXML trees to XML::GDOME trees
  and vice-versa.
* Implement wrapper to the upcoming Level 3 XPath module.
* Implement wrapper to libgdome's Level 2 Events module
