[gdome]gdome2-0.6.3 is released

  News:
  - Fixed a bug in gdome_doc_importNode.
  - Modified the implementation of
    gdome_DOMImplementation_createDocumentType and 
    gdome_DOMImplementation_createDocument to works with internal DTD.
  - Added two new test programs for NodeList and NamedNodeMap interfaces.
  - Added a gdome2 application to the test directory (called apigen) that
    creates the file gdome.c from an xml file that describes the DOM2
    interfaces copying comments from source files that hold the real
    implmenattion of the APIs.
  - Added in CVS the files to create gtk-doc documentation.
  - Moved source files regarding events from libgdome/gdomecore to
    libgdome/events
  - Many comments modified to fit gtk-doc and some bugs fixed.
