Event handling in gdmlogin (gdmwm.c)

Hello, I am working on getting GTKeyboard working alongside gdmlogin.  Is my
assumption correct that gdmlogin (via gdmwm.c) is disallowing event sending,
probably for security reasons etc?  I have been looking around like 432..


XSendEvent (wm_disp, window, False, 0, &xevent);


Am I on the right track?  Could anyone lend me a hand ;) in trying to figure
this out?  Thanks.
