GDM + remote host problem

HI!

Problem:

I have upgraded my main* computer and switched to using gdm. But now I
can't open a display on that computer from another computer**.

Question:
---------
How/where do I add my remote (in the file $XAUTHORITY) hosts before gdm
launches X?

*)  Main computer:	Debain 3.0 / Xfree86 4.2 / gdm 2.2.5.5
