TimedLoginDelay

Hi

This parameter does not work (2.4.11 and 2.4.12)
I've hacked a 5 sec delay, but it would be nice to have it working.

ve-config-get-int gives the correct result in test-ve-config

I got lost trying to track into g_hash_table_lookup (always returns 30)
despite gdm.h:

#define GDM_KEY_TIMED_LOGIN_DELAY "daemon/TimedLoginDelay=10"

Anybody can point me at the g_hash_table_lookup function and i'll trace more
