Wow,
  I've maintained gdm2 for over half a year now, and this is the first time
I've figured out there is a mailing list for this beast.  OK, now I'm
subscribed so ...

This IS sort of embarassing :)

Just to not waste this mail bandwidth completely, I suppose some of you may
not know that 2.2.4.1 is out and it fixes a bunch of issues.  2.2.4.0 kind of
sucked with respect to bugs.
