[gDesklets] Website fixed

Hi all,

I've been tinkering with the website and it should now work again. I'm
seeing all the desklets now even when logged out. The problem was
related to the caching mechanism that drupal uses. I've turned it off
for now. Please report if the site is very sluggish and I'll try to turn
it on again.

I also made the panel buttons links so that the dragging thing should
work again now.
