Problem with GConf 2.7.3

Hi!
I have problem with GConf 2.7.3, exactly with gconftool-2.
gconftool-2 --makefile-install-rule doesn't install all neccessary
files.

Example:
- with GConf 2.7.1:

[grzegol nowy ~]$ rm -rf ~/aa
[grzegol nowy ~]$ GCONF_CONFIG_SOURCE="xml:readwrite:~/aa" gconftool-2
--makefile-install-rule /etc/gconf/schemas/*.schemas > /dev/null
[grzegol nowy ~]$ ls ~/aa
apps  desktop  schemas  system


- and with GConf 2.7.3:

[grzegol nowy ~]$ rm -rf ~/aa
[grzegol nowy ~]$ GCONF_CONFIG_SOURCE="xml:readwrite:~/aa" gconftool-2
--makefile-install-rule /etc/gconf/schemas/*.schemas > /dev/null
[grzegol nowy ~]$ ls ~/aa
schemas


So, GConf 2.7.3 installs only schemas directory and GConf 2.7.1 installs
also apps, desktop and system dirs.
Is it a bug or feature?
