gconf perl mapping

Hi,
	I'm pretty sure someone must have written a perl mapping for
gconf before .. but I couldn't find one ..

	Anyway, I've just commited a pretty crufty prototype mapping
to CVS in the gconf-perl module. Feel free to play with it and/or
improve it ..
