GConf 1.0.9 - on system V type OSes.

On all system V type machines GConf 1.0.9 cannot be compiled.
In fact the file gconf/gconf-internal.c misses the definition of AF_INET
and it is just sufficient to add #include <sys/socket.h> to make it
compile. Then all is fine.
