1.1.x conflicts with 1.0.x?

Hi.

I found some conflict things between 1.0.x and 1.1.x.

 /etc/gconf/schemas/desktop.schemas
 /usr/share/locale/*/LC_MESSAGES/GConf.mo

I think that it's distribution package specific problem.
How do I resolve them?
