This part means that you are compiling against libxml 2 headers. Either you
are trying to compile against libxml 2, or you have older libxml 1 and
libxml 2 installed, so the libxml 2 headers are in your include path.

Upgrading to newer libxml 1 and removing stray old headers usually fixes
this.
