Warning in Makefile do not reflect real schemas installation dir

Hye
I noticed that the warning about the path file sample is related a pathname
builded from prefix instead of sysconfdir macro. Then when giving a --sysconfdir
option to configure I obtain /usr/etc/gconf/1.... instead of /etc/gconf/1...
(when sysconfdir = /etc)
Not a big deal but it can be confusing.
