Yup, known issue, unfortunately. The released tarball actually has been
*removed* from the FTP server, rather than simply adding a new
release... *sigh*

You can find all the files necessary to update to iso-codes 0.51 in our
CVS repository. There is an easy way to browse it, too:

What you'd need to do simply is this:
* Edit bootstrap/iso-codes/Makefile and update the GARVERSION.
* Edit bootstrap/iso-codes/checksums and change the entire line
  accordingly.

You can find both files at the link to CVS I mentioned above.

Once you changed both these files, you can just go on and build GARNOME
as you did before. Have fun. :)
