2.13.5 bug launching evolution

The only thing I could find on google was a comment on a redhat list that 
this bug had been filed upstream. My bugzilla-foo isn't good enough to find 
it - can anyone provide a pointer? Or even better, a solution?

Host OS: RHEL4U2 64-bit
