GARNOME 2.13.90 ships with gstreamer 0.10.x :)


Control-Center in GARNOME 2.13.90 likely will fail to build, due to a
known C-C issue. Adding --enable-gstreamer=0.10 to the CONFIGURE_ARGS
line in the desktop/control-center Makefile will fix this.
