2.13.90 + fc3/x86_64 == 'suffix or operands invalid for mov'

FWIW, I'm still getting the error below. If any of you have seen it
any other forums, I'll happily try out some solutions, but I've
exhausted the few that come to mind (combinations of new versions of
gcc and binutils).
