As Paul can attest, chasing down the minimal set of dependencies is
maddening. A "reasonable" set of dependencies, which may include
superfluous entries, is "good enough". libbtctl is a case in point.
configure tests for pygtk rather than gnome-python. However,
gnome-python requires pygtk so LIBDEPS is OK.
