Re: how to config garnome build to use libpng in /usr/local?

Packages do not wind up in GARARCHIVE unless:
(1) you filled the garachive initially by running
	
	make garchive

(2) you copied a downloaded package to GARARCHIVE.

Poke around the gar.*.mk files to see what targets are available to
make.
