error 127 doing make paranoid-install

I'm new using garnome, and I'm trying to do it on a ppc (1.33Mhz
powerbook. Most but not all of the gnu required stuff was installled
with dports) I hand installed-successfully-binutils. Libtool is
installed, but if it's a libtool problem I would need pretty
speciific to resolve this.
