Building Mono-1.1.4 on a PPC

Mono-1.1.4 is now build-able on a PPC. 

Paolo Molaro (a.k.a. lupus[at]ximian[dot]com), a lead developer for the
Mono project,  has found the source of the "SIGILL bug" and eliminated
it:
