evolution-data-server compile error

I'm building garnome unstable and have hit a snag during the evolution-data-server compile. Here's the last part of the output:

config.status: error: cannot find input file: docs/reference/camel/Makefile.in

I scrolled up a few pages and noticed this line:

No package 'libsoup-2.4' found

I couldn't find any of these packages. Can someone point me to them? Or offer any other help? I'm on Ubuntu Hoary. Thanks.
